Depending on your current physical condition, we will develop an exercise routine together, which supports your work and home relationship.  


The psychological and physiological benefits of regular exercise include: reduced anxiety, less stress, minimized depression, weight control, increased self-esteem, and reduced risks of cancer, cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes hypertension.


It is estimated that more than 75% of Americans do not engage in regular exercise. 

Private physical training sessions are available at either your gym location, home or my gym (Alpharetta, GA).
